 BOOKS EVERY TEN-YEAR-OLD SHOULD READ!

Hello, welcome back to dreamwork blogs. Reading is one of my favorite things to do, because it makes me feel so relaxed and peaceful. Here are some books that every 10-year-old should have and would really like.

SMILE

This book is all 10-year-olds favorite. It is written by Raina Telgamier and illustrated by Carla Smith. It is one of the most hilarious books you will ever read. It was published on February 5th, 2010. This book is based on a true story about the author Raina, it's about how she got braces, it's a very great and an interesting book which kids would love.

THE TWIN SISTERS

The twin sisters is a remarkable book, which has gotten several awards and Oscars. It is a book about two twins name Lannie and Annie who look similar but are really not. It is written by Rachel Perry; she is a great writer who has written many sad and funny books. The book was published on 15th of March 2013.

BLINK

This book is one of the greatest books of all time. It is written by Kayla Miler she has actually collabed with Raina Telgamier and another author called Hannah Terry. It is about a girl named Olive who is having a talent show in her school, all her friends know what they are going to perform but she doesn't know what she is going to do. there was a time when no libraries had this book as it was so popular. The illustrator of this book is Delly Borage she has her own YouTube channel where she shows some drawing tutorials which are amazing.

THE BARREN GROUNDS

The books I have shared are all picture comic books, but barren grounds is a chapter book. it has 15 chapter so it's quite a long book but once you start reading it, you just can't stop. it is an indigenous book about a girl named morgan and her brother Eli they are both foster kids, then one day they get adopted. It is one of the saddest books I have ever read and is perfect for a 10-year-old.

BREAK

The book break is also written by Kyla Miller, it is a very emotional and hear touching book. It is the same girl olive who goes all the way from the country she is living in (America) to Japan to meet her father after 15 years. it does not sound very sad right now but once you read it you will know. It was published on 8th September 2019.

All these books are definitely worth reading some are really funny and some are not. even if you are not 10 years old, I would definitely recommend them for you, and I will see you in another one of "DREAMWORK BLOGS."
