Adverse effects of social media
Hello, welcome back to dreamwork blogs. Social media is a platform, where you can share, create, explore that includes apps like YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat etc. Even though it is ok to be on these platforms for a short amount of time, but too much of anything is bad for you.
What is social media doing to the world?
Nowadays, not only kids, but even adults are wasting their time endlessly watching "reels" and "videos". Some people don't understand that there is a world, outside of social media. Those people are like influencers or tiktokers who spend their day-to-day life making videos.
What are it's impacts?
The adverse effects of watching too much social media are worse than you think. Once you start watching too much of social media you will never have less time for your friends or family, because you will probably be too busy on your device. Your eyes will start to get swollen, or you might even get glasses. watching too many videos will lead to a headache and you might suffer from fainting. You will start to lose interest going outside in the fresh air, you will in a way be glued to your phone which is also known as having an addiction.
What can you do to improve from watching too much phone?
If you want to improve watching less of your device, follow the rules below:

- GET MORE SLEEP:
- DON'T WATCH YOUR PHONE AT NIGHT:
