IMPACTS OF HAVING A BAD DIET
Hello, welcome back to "Dreamwork Blogs". Having a good diet is extremely important, that is because if you have a bad diet, it is a whole lot of worse than just eating unhealthy foods.
When you eat poorly, your body misses out on important stuff it needs to stay healthy. Without enough vitamins, minerals, and other good things, your body can't work the way it should.
Eating too much junk food can make you gain weight. This can lead to serious health problems like heart disease and diabetes. Plus, it can make your back hurt and make it hard to move around.
Junk food can also make your stomach feel bad. Not eating enough fruits, veggies, and whole grains can lead to tummy troubles like constipation and bloating.
There is a way you can avoid all that! Here are some rules you need to follow, if you think you're a person who eats too much junk food.
*Have a healthy balanced diet
*Have a rule to eat unhealthy only once a month
* Avoid eating much sugar
*Start eating fruits and vegetables, and remember healthy food is not bad and boring.
